How Do I Ship My Item Once It's Sold?

  • First of all, congrats on your sale!

    Once your item sells, head over to the Account Tab -> Order Activity -> My Sales -> Download Shipping Label.

    You’ll receive an email with your pre-paid, pre-addressed shipping label. Your pickup will be scheduled automatically. Our shipping partner will call you to confirm or help you reschedule.

    Package up the item using a size appropriate box or courier bags. Print the shipping label that was emailed to you and attach it to your package.

    Keep it ready for pickup.

    When packaging your sale, be sure to use recyclable packaging materials and a size appropriate box or mailer.

    • Our shipping partner does not deliver packages that are larger than 1.4m in length.

    • Our shipping labels do not support packages over 4.5kgs.

    After your sale is packaged up, keep it ready for pickup.

    Want to change your shipping option? Head over to the Account Tab > My Sales > Need New Shipping Label.
